It was my first time ever on a pole and as an out of shape 257 pound lady I didn't think I'd be able to do much, but Jessica is a fantastic instructor and very motivating/encouraging. By the end of the hour I was doing fireman spins, sits, and back spins! Thank you, Jessica. Very highly recommend

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed my class! I’m still fairly new to pole, but it was fun to be able to learn and try some new things. The instructor was great and very friendly! I do wish the space was maybe a bit bigger to be able to have two poles, but it’s understandable given the constraints of the room.
