I left feeling so much better than I came and will def be back. The gals in the class were also super kind and friendly, so much so that the instructor thought I was invited by them lol. I went in with zero knowledge and Grace showed me all the basic movements before class and helped guide me through the workout to make sure I was doing everything properly. We did 3 minute rounds of kickboxing on each side with 1 minute of conditioning in between. I’m sad my watch was dead because I would’ve loved to see how many calories I burned😅😅
