It was refreshing to experience a flow that felt similar to the usual sequence, yet different enough to be stimulating, engaging, and challenging. Her pacing and cues, combined with the heat, made for a terrific class. Great job—I’ll definitely be back!

The sequences in her Sunday class are always well thought out and I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. I will recommend her classes to everyone!

alle beoordelingen weergevenEveryone was warm and welcoming. Definitely a great locally owned yoga spot. It was clear the instructor knew what she was doing and is a true yogi. Keeping the light offs (over head lights are intense) during daytime classes would have made it more zen. Also more time holding poses would be nice too - a little too much cool down/stretch time.
