The dynamic of the group and class was really healthy and encouraging. It was about improving your last rep and your own time rather than being the best. Great class and I’ll book again!

The workout is fun and engaging, definitely not your typical Dubai fitness class. Tarek will make sure you have the correct form and check in on you frequently. The class can be hard at times but he absolutely accommodates to individual needs, especially if you’re a beginner or with injuries. The space is small but super cute, and the music is definitely a vibe! Will come back for sure!!
