She is also very engaging and shows us how to modify movements aswell. Overall I enjoyed the class and look forward to doing Pilates with her.

The coach was incredibly energetic, respectful, and highly motivating throughout the entire class. His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. What I didn't like is that it says they have valet but the valet is actually closed, so I called the studio and they said to park anywhere out front. then security gave me a hard time and told me I couldnt park even though there was space for 10 cars and the hotel is empty.

The class, music, and workout routine was exactly what I expected a spinning class to be! She totally delivered!! I burned 500 calories in 50 minutes.The gym is clean, boasting pilate,yoga, and a kickboxing studio! There are so many options for cardio and weight training.
