As a frequent traveler for work ClassPass gives me the flexibility to join my favorite classes at platform while not being stuck with a membership.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLove the studio. The instructor is great but not my preferred class as the sequence was on the easier side and there were a lot of breaks. However, the heat definitely made up for it as it felt hotter than usual which I preferred. I only wish he would have turned off the brighter overhead lights as I was blinded every time I looked up.

Karishma was incredible, The flow was so smooth and not rushed, with guidance throughout the practice, and the best part is you’re left with an amazing afterglow the rest of the day. I will definitely be back again!

But the place wasn’t properly set up for the class so time was wasted at the start of people trying to get the correct props etc. maybe other staff can help the instructor have the place set up and ready for when people come in. Also towards the end the class felt abit rushed and we didn’t do all the exercises on both sides (this could have been because we had already gone over the class time). Overall class was good but organisation of props could be done in advance!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIf youre new to this studio then please read - YoFit took over from Inspire only a few months ago. DIFC has different laws than the surrounding area because it’s the financial center. So, because of this, any changes that YoFit wants to make to the studio space will take some time. For those complaining about the wall color, etc, it’s because the permits in DIFC take more time than in other areas. Yo Fit also has an amazing studio in the greens, so they are reputable and established. I have zero stake in this company but having lived in the UAE for over a decade, they are the first proper hot yoga studio; none of this warm bs and it’s not in the Marina (sorry Drip). All of the teachers have their own style so find someone you enjoy - I like them all for different reasons but Samah is phenomenal- if you want to challenge yourself, go to one of her sculp classes. She’s tough but it’s cause she cares.

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
