It reminds me of the power yoga classes Santa Monica used to be known for—long, steady holds that build balance and strength. One thing I’ve noticed about the flow classes here is that they often feel designed for people who avoid stillness and crave constant stimulation. But real yoga is moving meditation. It challenges both the body and mind to find stillness, even in motion. When the music is thumping the entire time, it’s hard to truly feel centered. In contrast, the music choices in this flow-and-hold class were thoughtful and really enhanced the meditative experience.

The studio is absolutely gorgeous and clean as well. Tiffany was sooo intentional, aware of all the students in the class, calming, grounded with a bright heart and incredibly knowledgeable it was very impressive. I left feeling so light, relaxed and refreshed. I cannot wait to take her class again. 100 stars! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

alle beoordelingen weergevenI will always be a fan of the concept of pvolve but i think this studio needs to figure out what its vibe is. i’ve been a handful of times since they opened in the summer - and the music is just painfully corny and the moves are not as challenging as the new york and weho studios. i’m rooting for this studio but to get the pvolve workout im accustomed to i think ill have to go to weho or a different workout all together

The yoga nodes took me into a meditation state that was both relaxed and energized, very different from states that I’m typically in throughout my day and so valuable. She is also deeply educated on yoga, and explained the purpose behind different pranayama exercises very well. I loved that. And she’s just an angel with the sweetest personality. The space is beautiful! Very open and light. It feels good to be there.

Tommy led the class and he has such a great energy. He pushed us but not too much. The class was dark with candles, it was exactly what I needed. My only comment would be to not have such strong incense, but other than that, 10/10!!!
