We’re all comfortable on the bags, but when it comes to real Muay Thai - footwork, punches, kicks, partner drills, and holding mitts yourself instead of relying on the coach - that’s when you really see how good (or not so good 😂) you are. I loved the session. It was energetic, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. A great workout for cardio and speed, but even more valuable for developing real technique. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Andrew and the other folx in class who I practiced with were patient and very supportive. I love that I got to learn from everyone in such a safe environment. Be prepared to jump right in…it feels intimidating at first but trust Andrew’s way of teaching and you’ll look up and realize that you are having fun! But don’t get me wrong, it’s a workout not just physically but mentally as well. I walked away with some techniques, feeling confident and amped up! Very excited to take another class. Ps. this is a family owned business that felt like community right away. Highly recommend. 🙏🏾
