alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my second yoga class ever, and first heated and it thoroughly kicked my butt. I don’t have a lot of comparison points but the studio was nice and the teacher was friendly and knowledgeable and the class was fun and challenging.

We’re all comfortable on the bags, but when it comes to real Muay Thai - footwork, punches, kicks, partner drills, and holding mitts yourself instead of relying on the coach - that’s when you really see how good (or not so good 😂) you are. I loved the session. It was energetic, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. A great workout for cardio and speed, but even more valuable for developing real technique. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Master Yi afforded us attention that practically amounted to a private lesson. We had so much fun while simultaneously learning many new valuable techniques. I can see how this becomes a life long practice for many of his students. Anyone would be lucky to learn from his discipline and knowledge. Thank you!
