It sends a message of distrust with your clients and I get 2nd hand embarrassment when teachers have to bend over one by one picking them up during class

The yoga nodes took me into a meditation state that was both relaxed and energized, very different from states that I’m typically in throughout my day and so valuable. She is also deeply educated on yoga, and explained the purpose behind different pranayama exercises very well. I loved that. And she’s just an angel with the sweetest personality. The space is beautiful! Very open and light. It feels good to be there.
