alle beoordelingen weergevenWanted to build muscle but having a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym. This class is perfect for my needs. I got a great workout and Bernard went around to check everyone’s form. Should bring water next time. Didn’t expect to sweat so much in a resistance class! Not sure why the room was so dark. I felt like I was working out in the middle of the night. And I would have preferred the music being a little less loud. But other than that this was a great class and will definitely return
