I am VERY glad this class is 27 minutes because it was really challenging and my body was def not used to the vibration. My head kinda hurt a little after, nothing major. Be SURE not to lock your knees during class (you can hurt yourself) and bring a towel! You will sweat! This cardio is big. There’s street parking for an hour in front of the studio and things move fast here. Kind of in and out so arrive early if you’re unfamiliar and get ready to move! Grabbing weights and equipment etc.

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time trying Barre, liked it. Worked up a good sweat, had a full body workout, great stretch, and a nice variety of resistance training. The instructor was great! It seemed like she could teach the class in her sleep. Music was a little loud to hear over, but not gonna knock off a star for that. Sometimes I like it loud and pumped, just had a little trouble following as the first class. Overall, good experience!
