The ambiance was very soothing and relaxing. Live Sitar music further enhanced the calming atmosphere and was a very nice and pleasant add on to an already great class. Highly recommended 👍🙏

She places so much emphasis on form which I loved because you know you’re getting the best out of your workout and yourself and not risking injury. Somewhat humbling because we get so used to the workouts we are used to already that sometimes going out of our comfort zone reminds us where there’s even more room for improvement. Looking forward to coming back here again!
