Her class was the perfect amount of challenge and fun. I loved that she brings in a meditational aspect at the end as well. Definitely booking again!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was a very solid HPF class. It wasn’t crazy hot ( I like it a bit hotter) but it didn’t get too cool at the end (I don’t like to get cold). The timing of the class was good and allowed time for the standing work and the floor work at the end of class.

This felt like an authentic yoga experience, the heat was just enough to get me sweating, and the instructor had such great energy. I felt so present during her class. It was great to get a good ab circuit in as well so I still felt like I was getting a workout! She offered hands-on adjustments and demonstrated just about everything so it was great for beginners. I also loved her playlist! Will 100% be back for this class!
