I definitely relied on the class to follow moves, but overall it was fun and moderately challenging. I will definitely be coming back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a relaxing, gentle and calming class. I could feel the week’s stress melt away and my body let go. The teacher was so welcoming and humble. You hold the passive poses for 5-8 minutes using lots of props for support. Surprisingly I got a boost of energy about an hour after class!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis is a great combo class. The flow helped me feel present and happy, then the restorative part was sooo restorative. Absolutely recommend! It would be amazing to do flow and restore -> restore class right after. Some day I will dedicate the few hours to that :)
