alle beoordelingen weergevenWOW!!! That was insane. Y'all the yoga to sculpt ratio is crazy. Don't be like me and go to solidcore two days before thinking this will be a relaxing heated yoga stretch moment. NO! This was burpees, jump squats, vinyasa, chair pose, down dog, and then jumping jacks. The music's bumping and like I got transported into my best, fit self when I was there. I'm not going to go here after solidcore again, but I will be BACK! It was so fun and rewarding!

She makes everyone feel so invited and welcome and she makes sure to personalize the class for every person in there. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen her and she remembered me immediately and it shows how much she cares about the people she is coaching. She is great at keeping the energy up throughout the entire class and I highly recommend taking her class if you can.

I just finished up and WOW. Class was full she did such amazing job keeping our body moving and the music .. chef kiss so soothing. I will be back ! I ended up being on time, there at the location, checked in and they were out of towels and I didn’t feel like I could do hot yoga without a towel to dry myself on so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get the class refunded and she said sure.

The class was challenging (in a good way) and Miranda was so supportive and encouraging offering adjustments and modifications on any moves I struggled with. I will definitely be attending again!

It’s a great class to unwind after a stressful day and I feel like I release a lot of tension that I have built up from working and sitting. The teacher is so nice and has such a soothing voice. The studio is inviting, clean, the ambience is just right, which allows you to really relax and be present. Her music was exactly what I love. Melissa’s attention to the importance of the breath, the body, and our energetic bodies is something I will share with others. She is gifted and I am so thankful I decided to take this class.
