I took the 4:45 class and it was only two of us, and all I’m saying is she should get a raise! She was on the floor inspiring us, motivating us, and riding with us. Felt like a private lesson yet her energy was the same as if the room was completely full. I also came in with a shoulder injury and she even gave me modifications for the arm series. To wrap up this review, her choreo was completely life giving and her moves literally didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Vynnessa for being so awesome! I will definitely be back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI could not believe how kind the staff here are!!! the instructor walked me through every single detail before class started. They had prepared a locker for me with my name on it, welcoming me to my first class. The workout was great and fun, the atmosphere was amazing. Can't wait to go back! Fair warning, if you're new to cycling your sit bones are going to hurt for a while until your body adjusts.

Amy was super welcoming and helpful for my first time at Spenga, helping me get set up on the bike and explaining how class would work. Others in class were friendly and seem to enjoy it. I wouldn’t do this as my regular workout, but will probably book a one off again when I’m in East Cobb.
