As a stiff beginner, it’s tough moving your legs smoothly and training muay thai, but I’m really happy Maz helped me step out of my comfort zone. I really appreciated that Matt walked around to ensure everyone’s form was correct, giving helpful cues as needed. The whole morning crew was very welcoming, and gracious helping me navigate the class. I’ve dropped in one other time but didn’t remember where the equipment was or the run routes.
