The facilities are neat and clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with giving tours and information about the sauna, lights, and controls. The room itself is very clean, and I appreciate that they have towels for the floor, bench, body, and face along with a cool towel for ending the session. There’s a TV if you want to watch anything, but they have a very cool, zen, meditation type background on it if you just want to relax. Will definitely be back!

I was a bit nervous when he asked if he could walk on my back- he’s not a particularly small man, but he knows what he’s doing and it helped release years of built-up stress and trauma. If you’re looking for a deep, therapeutic massage, ask for Sammy! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
