The instructor demonstrated every move clearly, which made it easy to follow along and stay confident throughout the workout. Overall, it was a solid class, and I would definitely come back.

Great class for beginners or anybody wanting to compliment their hardcore workout with some good stretching and in this particular class we worked on hip openers. It was a very well-rounded class! I did not want to come out of Shavasana!

I’m trying to incorporate more yoga and stretching into my usual routine of Pilates and strength training and her restorative yoga classes have been such a help. She always asks what I’d like to work on, notices where I’m struggling, and how I feel after class. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body changes with consistent yoga classes.

I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)

The warmup in the beginning was great and across the floor was fun. So many people were introducing themselves to me and it felt so welcoming. The dance we learned was SO FUN and everyone looked so good dancing to it. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced it’s a nice challenge. I am only visiting here but wish I lived here so I could take this each week.

But the instructor did a great job showing the foot and arm choreo. Very helpful Usually she checks the temperature of the class and she did today. She had us watch her, practice his choreo, and went slow until we got it :)
