alle beoordelingen weergeventhis class was amazing! the instructor definitely made the whole experience she was very involved and actively correcting which i really appreciated. this was my first bikram style, which was such a roller coaster, as someone who practices some of the other styles pretty regularly. the heat increase was definitely challenging in the best way possible, as well as keeping your eyes open the entire time. i didn’t notice how much i was closing my eyes until i was challenged to keep them open the entire class. the class totally rocked and thank you to the staff and studio for being so welcoming!! 💗
