alle beoordelingen weergevenSam is such a great instructor! They explain all the moves very clearly so this is a great class for beginners. Class starts with 15 minutes of warm up and conditioning and then we learn a series of moves and practice skills. You can definitely get enough time on the pole even if you have to share (and you rarely have to share a pole). Great class, would recommend!

It’s a very small class too, so you get lots of personal attention and corrections on how to do it better. She also gave me and others different things to work on based on our skill levels. Highly recommended!
