It was definitely challenging, but in the best way possible—it pushed me without feeling overwhelming. Nancy did an amazing job keeping everyone motivated the entire time, and I really appreciated how supportive she was of people taking breaks when needed. There was zero pressure, just encouragement. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and honestly excited to come back. I’ll definitely be returning to her class!
