Matt was fantastic at guiding us through the breathwork and the cold plunge, made much more manageable by his breathing techniques! The sauna, space, amenities are 10/10. Perfect way to indulge in self care. I’ll be back!

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. I also really loved that they had an ambience video on the tv and you could play whatever on YouTube and the sound was connected to the sauna. Highly recommend putting on a Cercle concert for a nice vibe ✨ I’ll definitely be back!

I would’ve liked a reminder for cell-phones off, and maybe some position suggestions for getting comfy on the floor. City and traffic noise was loud (unavoidable obviously), but maybe the sound could be played a little louder? Great class, thank you!

There was glass water bottles and lemon water available for me and after there was a ice cold lavender scented towel ready for me. The towel felt amazing on my face. As for the cleanliness, the place felt very clean and nice.

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt’s definitely a unique experience. You immersed in a portable tub with freezing cold water and you try to be there for how long you’re able to tolerate it. The staff advised me to immerse my entire body completely with just my face above water. I was able to do it for a few seconds and several tries. One needs to do some deep breathing and meditation while you’re in there to withstand the freezing water temperature. Definitely not for everyone to enjoy but it’s an experience. Staff was very friendly and informative.
