alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Jorge was the therapist and he focused on the areas as I asked and used a perfect amount of pressure and checked in a lot throughout. I highly recommend him.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time at Wellness Lounge and my first time receiving a lymphatic massage. I truly cannot express how INCREDIBLE and magical this experience was. From the moment I walked in I was in awe, the aromatherapy, the peacefulness in the environment, and the kind staff was incredible. I noticed this wellness lounge is FULLY holistic and the name fits it perfectly… chiropractic work, massage, facials, wax, nutrition, physical therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine.. this is a DREAM of a business. Daniela gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! Her hands are MAGIC!!!!! I left smiling from ear to ear and feeling so incredibly relaxed and at ease. I couldn’t recommend this place and Daniela ENOUGH, truly you need to book a massage with her, INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I will 100% be back to see Daniela.

Peak Performance Sports and Spine Center
8885 Rio San Diego Drive, Suite 357, San DiegoMyofascial Release
alle beoordelingen weergevenI had my session with Dr Javi. He was knowledgeable and used many different modalities such as trigger point, cupping, guasha, but not really Myofascia release. I booked 2 session back to back of Myofascia release. Unfortunately, I did get a red mark from the cupping on my face. It’s the day after and still quite berry red. He’s also very personable and caring. I would recommend him for helping relax muscles or tightness for sure. I felt great after the session.
