Her thoughtful sequence of movements and poses helped me release tension, stimulate and support fascia movement in a way that made a real difference. I had been dealing with a persistent headache and eye strain for over a month, and after this session my headache eased and my vision felt clearer. If you’re looking for a workout class with great vibes and a fun time, I highly suggest this class. Everyone’s so kind and supportive. Definitely coming back more often.
