Just enough effort and heat paired with settling stretches towards the end made for a perfectly balanced class. Absolutely loved it and her! She is so nice!

alle beoordelingen weergevenLyra was a lot harder than expected, you definitely need a lot of upper body strength. I have some bruises just from hanging from the hoop. I enjoyed the class although I would try this again much later after strengthening upper body.
