Centered City Yoga is well known for it's incredibly talented, professional, and…Hot Power Flow
alle beoordelingen weergevenI really liked CCY’s new hot yoga space. It has padded floors and high ceilings with a few windows for natural light. Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

90 Minutes - Deep Tissue Regular
alle beoordelingen weergeven10 out of 10. I typically use the class part of ClassPass. But I had a bunch of credits that were ready to expire so I tried booking a massage. I’m so glad I did. I walked in feeling sore and tired, left feeling great. I prefer really firm pressure but hate the feeling of an elbow being dragged across the back of my ribs. This was that perfect balance of firm pressure without the elbow jabs. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

Then rest for 2-3 mins. The resting part is where you actually get the benefits.
