    I had a great experience. As someone new to Pilates, I really appreciated the small group setting, which allowed for more personalized corrections that made a noticeable difference. The instructor provided clear verbal cues and hands-on adjustments, helping me improve my posture and activate the right muscles. The circuits effectively targeted both major muscle groups and smaller ones that are often overlooked. I felt challenged yet supported throughout the class. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it!
