I took it super easy and was certainly on the more beginner side/taking advantage of all the modifications, but was excited by all the ways my body would grow & improve if I keep up this practice. I will be back!

I usually don’t like group fitness classes because they go too fast but Ellen’s pace was comfortable. Make no mistake! It was still a great workout, even the low impact cardio in the beginning had me sweating! Would definitely take a class taught by her again! Thanks Ellen for a lovely class! ☺️
