Would be a little tough for beginners because you have to know (or learn very quickly) the hitting types so when he calls out combinations you can do the correct moves. It’s very fast paced. Martin was fantastic. Go to this class if you want to sweat. It was structured as a circuit so we did boxing, weights, rowing and strength.
