alle beoordelingen weergevenFor context, this was my first time ever in a kickboxing gym, first time in any gym that's not a big chain gym- everyone (trainers, other members) were SO welcoming and encouraging! The trainer, Jess, was super helpful and gave movement modifications and advice in a very friendly, non judgemental way. Even though i struggled a little bit with the pace ( a me problem, not anything about the gym or workout!) I would come back solely for the community vibes and inclusiveness.
