She was so sweet, motivating, and inspiring! Other peers were really kind and encouraging during class! I also enjoyed the stretching at the end of this specific workout since I sometimes skip on stretching or just forget! Will definitely be back!

Might be tough for someone completely new to working out but otherwise you’ll get the hang of the structure. Love that they publish the training schedule in advance. Everyone is super helpful and pleasant.
