I’ve used other lasers where cold air is just pushed after the sting, but this laser has it running continually. I felt very comfortable with the staff as well. Leo and his team really looks out for you and the health of your hair. He advised against it as my hair was damaged already and didn’t want to damage it further. I took one 1 star away because as pleasing and relaxing it was to be massaged, there was a bit of background music and someone was on a phone call so it kind of disrupted the peace. I didn’t mind it because it was my first time having a massage and I’ve noticed that my body is out of commission as she untied a few knots on my shoulder blade that I vaguely am aware of. The pressure was just right. I enjoyed it. I do would like to note that there is a $15 tip minimum per hour (reasonable as she does a lot within that hour. I didn’t realize hot stone was included which was a great experience. I definitely will be returning!! c:
