The instructor was very kind, and this is really just a few points for improvement. The main issue was that it was hard to hear her properly, so a microphone would be helpful. The music was also quite low and not very energizing, which didn’t help create a dynamic atmosphere. Clearer demonstrations or more structured instructions would have been helpful, especially for safety, as I unfortunately ended up a little bit hurt in the hips. On me this time, but important to note : the class was in Portuguese and my level is limited, which made it harder to follow. Overall though, it was still a good experience

It’s beautiful, inviting, simple yet sophisticated and transports you to a space that really allows you to unwind and be present. The class itself was well-paced and easy to follow though challenging. I will be back and can’t wait to try their sister studio!

Chrystelle magically juggled students at different levels and was so great about cueing me on minor adjustments to maximize the benefit of the exercise and minimize risk. Can’t recommend FITQOR and their instructors enough.
