It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I especially loved how encouraging she is — even if you’re not doing everything perfectly, she motivates you and makes you feel confident. She truly respects each person’s individual pace and energy. Such a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I absolutely loved it!
