alle beoordelingen weergevenFun class! Hadn't danced in over two years and was feeling the pressure to try a new place by myself. Don't expect 1 on 1 tutoring. It's very much "keep moving and do the choreo over and over". The choreography isn't very difficult, so you'll be fine if you're a beginner. Just be mindful that you probably won't be able to have a lot of feedback or walk-throughs. Everything is pretty easy to catch and you'll be sweating by the end of it!

alle beoordelingen weergevenCarolina was a wonderful teacher guiding a powerful class for all levels of yoga. Adjusting our poses, she made me feel centered and present on the mat. The cherry on top of the cake was Sound Healing in the final relaxation. I highly recommend this class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenBeautiful evening. Really great pace with gradual intro to different moves, opportunity to practice with different partners, before larger group dancing and play. Extra time for practice and freestyling, and super relaxing wind down at the end. Highly recommend, esp. to anyonr who may have seen or been curious about this at ecstatic dance. Evening well spent. Safe, playful container for free movement. Will defo be back! 💖
