I’ve had 3 others here and they are all great but it’s refreshing that Caitlin encourages you to do what is best for your body to challenge yourself but still be able to sustain the movement for the whole sequence. Other instructors push you to do the most even when it isn’t sustainable for some. Super friendly and walks you through movements in a clear way.

She is warm, offers excellent instruction, and provides so many helpful and nonjudgmental modifications. Amazing class! Fantastic way to start the day!

I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!

The instructor did a great job of explaining different options and modifications, as well as showing them. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to take a slower pace, plenty of variety of poses. She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!

Welcoming, gives off a “community” feel. I found parking, on the street in the neighborhood- give yourself a few minutes to walk a block or so just incase.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI probably should have attended a more beginner class. It sounded so great from the description! It is more of a kids' place than I anticipated, but it was not a problem. It was fun working with the kiddos, too. that being said- the class is made for kids! I don't mean that it's a bad class or anything by any means, I'd just hope that the next adult that books this class knows. i wasn't really given a great warm-up, and not just meaning a stretching warmup that wasn't there either, but there was no like easy intro to ninja skill building. I was started on the most advanced part of the course right off the bat, and with an adult body, you just need more time to warm your grip, core engagement, and coordination. I'm an aerialist instructor, bodybuilder, and personal trainer, so I'm extremely active, but there's just a strategy to building up to the advanced movements. Without that- injuries happen. The instructor verbally gave most instructions rather than demonstrating the movements, which is also not great for people that dont do well with verbal instructions. He was pleasant enough of a person and was definitely helpful when prompted, kept an eye on everyone, and engaged with everyone.
