I was late for my appointment due to the parking situation, and was readily accommodated into the following session. While I waited, I was invited to draw medicine tarot cards and read a bit about what they meant, which was a nice touch. Val helped me get set up in the cave and told me a bit about the history and medicinal properties of Halotherapy. Overall a great experience!
