Intentionally creates a calm and peaceful space where all members of the class are welcome. Would highly recommend class for beginners to yoga practice or individual with injuries and moving at pace where he advanced your recovery is needed.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved the pace! The warming up really gets the body moving, the challenge of the barre routine, the cool down stretch. It elevated and calmed down the heart. Really enjoyed the class , the instructor was very encouraging and corrects/ explain techniques.
