Intentionally creates a calm and peaceful space where all members of the class are welcome. Would highly recommend class for beginners to yoga practice or individual with injuries and moving at pace where he advanced your recovery is needed.

The instructors took the time to make sure i understood and was comfortable with the equipment. The workout was fun and intense... Very high energy. The equipment allows you to track your stats and heart rate. Definitely a positive experience.

Also discreetly inquire about any injuries she should know about before the class started which was refreshing. She had put together in a nice organized manner all the items I would need for her class prior to my arrival which was extremely helpful as someone who is a beginner student to yoga. Took time to enthusiastically answer my questions and explain what each class she teaches is about, Would highly recommend beginners to the yoga practice to take her classes as I started with the Vinyasa class.

Her instructions are clear and guidance is gentle.
