She slows down Pilates for you to concentrate on form and breath work, and then adds the intensity in. In a 6 person class she kept her eyes on all of us and corrected whenever any of us were not in proper form. Thank you Maria! // Studio was great as well, clean, organized and seamless check in. Definitely coming back.

Front desk were extremely welcoming and even suggested I do some treadmill as I’d arrived early. This was a very kind gesture thank you! Overall great experience.
