Her flows are incredibly challenging yet they’re sequenced so well that you feel like you can close your eyes and flow through them with ease. I really love the little battery operated candles that she places all around the room. They really add to the atmosphere and help set the tone for class. I appreciate her teaching style as well, she’s super personable and inviting. I truly wish she taught at the Hillcrest location regularly!

alle beoordelingen weergevenKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

Tristian really walks you through everything perfectly. If you are nervous about trying yoga or a new class, look for Tristian’s name and sign up for his class- he will take great care of you!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI liked the smaller space of the studio. Very clean and staff was friendly. I can see how parking is a pain in the summer. This class was a bit different as I notice most classes will continue telling you the next move - this class ran through the sequence a few times and then we were left to go through them on our own. I didn’t realize how much I autopilot in prior classes and so this forced me to pay more attention so that I could remember what was next! I loved it more than I thought I might! Will be back 🫶

I’m sad he won’t be teaching the Monday 6am classes anymore but I’m glad I got to experience one of them at least! :)

Both for her ability to teach this class completely on the fly, and her very welcoming and fun teaching style! I'm definitely a fan and looking forward to her classes now too. I should have known better, you really can't go wrong with any of the instructors here!

She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

Shes super knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole practice while keeping it soothing and relaxing. She led it flawlessly and there was some sound bowl healing at the end. I felt an incredible difference the moment I walked out of the studio. Such a powerful session. I’ll definitely be back for more yin yoga sessions from her! First time here and first time trying yin yoga and it’s now my favorite for sure. 🩷🙌🏽

Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. I’m a beginner so he made sure to ease into the flow with very simple poses, then slowly worked up to where I felt comfortable doing more challenging poses towards the end. The whole session felt very intentional and I left feeling super grounded and refreshed.
