alle beoordelingen weergevenStrength class was fantastic! Routine had a good pace and incorporated a variety of tools (yoga blocks, resistance band, dumbbells, glider disk…). Instructor and class members were welcoming, very casual vibes. The workout room is clean, spacious with huge windows and tons of natural sunlight. I would definitely recommend.
