He gave me tips on how to use the equipment the right way and have the correct posture as he walked around to see if everyone was doing okay. Such a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. I enjoyed the strong like a mother class as well as the wellness features afterward. After a 4 mile run that morning the compression boots felt amazing on my legs and knees. Wish I could’ve tried the sauna but I had to head out. Definitely a great place to get a good workout in!
