The session was so soothing and relaxing even if we could still hear the sounds of the outside world it was easy to ignore because of the instruments. It was definitely what I needed on a Friday night! 100/10 recommend

The overall class is very relaxing, I find that I am more mindful of my breath and my alignment because of the pacing. I also appreciate that they asked the new students about their body history before the class starts. Lockers are provided with keys. CR w/shower is big enough for you to freshen up your self after the class. But I think you'll provided your towel & toiletries na. Aside from CR they also have changing room just like the fitting rooms sa mall. Compared to the other pilates studio mas maraming equipments & apparatus here. Our class was lead by Ms.Val she's super hands on! Even it's group class consists of 5 students she's very attentive to the needs of everyone. Para kang nag-1on 1 session sa turo nya. Just like in my first class, Marie was incredibly skilled and attentive to each student’s needs, regardless of their experience level. She begins by thoroughly explaining each pose, detailing which areas should feel a stretch or slight pain and why. This approach has been invaluable for me to understand the purpose and benefits of each posture, helping me build confidence and maintain proper form. One of the things I appreciate most is Marie’s personalized approach. She started me with beginner-friendly poses, then, as I became more comfortable, introduced different variations that added a bit of challenge without feeling overwhelming. Marie closely monitored my form throughout, offering gentle adjustments to ensure proper alignment. Before making any physical corrections, she always asked for consent, which showed a respect for personal boundaries that I deeply valued. The studio space is clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing plenty of room for each participant. Its location is a big plus for me, as it’s easily accessible from Mandaluyong and the Greenfield/Ortigas area, where yoga classes are hard to find. They also have yoga mats available, so there’s no need to bring your own. Additionally, their Instagram page has been very helpful. I reached out with several questions, and they responded promptly and thoroughly, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. Summary: For anyone looking for a yoga class, I highly recommend Teacher Marie's sessions. Her consistency, skill, and attentiveness, combined with a clean, well-equipped studio and excellent customer service through Instagram, make this an outstanding choice for yoga at any level!

The facilities are top-notch, you lie on a lazyboy-like bed and you get your feet soaked while being massaged. The massage was not like anything I have experienced before. Ate Ruth my therapist gave heavy and precise strokes, which is what I prefer especially when my body’s tense and aching. If you like hard massages, this is definitely for you. While I’m not a fan of foot massages, I definitely enjoyed the back and shoulder massages. All the staff are friendly too. Will definitely come back here and try their other services. Thank you!

The ginger tea and small snack was nice too. For improvement, the aircon temperature could be adjusted to become warmer.
