Would recommend coach Mark as he teaches proper form and repeats the moves until you get it right (it's just my 3rd muay thai training ever) Overall had a great sesh

Generally tho the place is cramped as it’s shared between those doing muay thai and boxing. Because it’s a shared space, barefoot muay thai practitioners are practicing in the same space as boxers wearing shoes.
