He taught everything from the basics, and every drill had a purpose. The entire session was intense from start to finish, and I loved every minute of it. Will definitely be back for more. Coach Jay-ar was the one assigned to me and he was a nice & funny coach. He gave me 10 rounds for the 120-minute duration which I thought was really sulit but program could be improved with a proper abs/circuit/stretching after to end the session. Will go back :)
