    Barre Workout

    Another great sweat session with Tik! Always feel the burn in my 🍑 ! The middle barre was a bit unstable but they did say they will replace it with a better one so looking forward to that so we can do the positions/moves more confidently. Loved the cool down portion where we were almost in total darkness even though it was 10 AM. Really love this beautiful studio and thoughtful details. Glad they have NF Fit Club besides dance classes 🤎
