alle beoordelingen weergevenDanny’s class was awesome! He is very personable and the sequence was a good mix of stretch and strength training. The space is clean and the class is not too big. There were complimentary towels which is super nice and the entire ambiance was just super relaxing. I wish the room got even hotter because I like to sweat profusely but that was not a dealbreaker. Will definitely recommend this studio and this particular instructor to everyone I know.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved this class! The instructor was such a gem. Great vibes and the pace of the class was literally perfect. I would’ve liked just a little bit more instruction on a handful of the poses I haven’t practiced at other studios, but it was easy enough to catch up. Highly recommend especially because of the candlelight vibes!!
