alle beoordelingen weergevenDanny’s class was awesome! He is very personable and the sequence was a good mix of stretch and strength training. The space is clean and the class is not too big. There were complimentary towels which is super nice and the entire ambiance was just super relaxing. I wish the room got even hotter because I like to sweat profusely but that was not a dealbreaker. Will definitely recommend this studio and this particular instructor to everyone I know.

She talks through each pose and it was distracting as Yin is supposed to be more quiet, still and contemplative. The heaters were on in class. The class description states that it’s not a hot class. I did get my stretch in though, regardless.

I would’ve liked just a little bit more instruction on a handful of the poses I haven’t practiced at other studios, but it was easy enough to catch up. Highly recommend especially because of the candlelight vibes!!
