However, as some constructive feedback, I was asked to buy a pair of grip socks for $15, which I honestly think is quite expensive for just one pair of socks. I explained that I had done reformer Pilates at other studios before and had never needed grip socks because I’ve always found that regular socks work perfectly well for me. I was told it was company policy, which I completely accepted, so I bought them. What surprised me, though, was that once the class started, I noticed that some other people were wearing regular socks. That made me feel a little misled, as it seemed the rule was not being applied consistently.
